We are located 19km from Cork city along the N25 (approx. 15 mins driving time), and midway between Rosslare and West Cork/Kerry on the N25 (180kms). 

When travelling from Cork, we are 16km from the Dublin roundabout on the N25. Pass all the exits to Little Island, Cobh and Carrigtwohill, stay on the N25 and we are on the left hand side just before the entrance to Midleton town. 

When travelling from Rosslare or the East we are exactly 3.2km from the Midleton roundabout on the N25, on the right hand side of the dual carriageway (you will see our sign on the left just before the turn).
